Our Mission

We empower Lawrentians to become lifelong changemakers by facilitating deep, reciprocal relationships between campus and community.

We do this by:

  • Supporting community-based learning and civic action
  • Promoting ethical and responsible service opportunities
  • Cultivating partnerships that are mutually beneficial and grounded in trust
  • Encouraging reflection, critical thinking, and social responsibility

Through hands-on engagement with local nonprofits, schools, and agencies, students gain experience in real-world problem solving—while supporting the work of our community partners and advancing social progress in the Fox Valley.
