My passion for the liberal arts has been the consistent thread throughout my professional journey. I’ve had the honor of coaching high school baseball, recruiting students to a small private liberal arts and sciences college in Ohio, supporting access at a Hispanic-serving institution in a Chicago suburb, working in education technology, and supporting students as a college counselor at a private school in Chicago. While my titles and responsibilities have evolved, my commitment to expanding access to higher education has only deepened. It’s a true privilege to now serve students at Â鶹ÊÓƵ.
What’s your favorite spot on the Lawrence campus?
My favorite place on campus is the Esch Hurvis Center for Spiritual and Religious Life. It is a welcoming environment for the entire community in addition to being a wonderful space to host events.
Where’s your favorite place to eat or grab coffee in Appleton?
Bowl 91 will forever hold a special place in my heart, but the number of different restaurant options in Appleton is impressive.
